you call, don't expect a computer voice to
answer the phone, giving you a list of numbers
to push to get somebody named who-knows-what!
When you dial our direct number, Bob
Sauer will answer the phone... almost any time
of day. The office is in his home, for
crying out loud. You might have to excuse
the sound of screaming/playing teenagers but
your order will be filled in a personal
and timely manner.
Do you
know why? Because Bob cares.

I am at it again. I'm repeating myself but
I have to do it!
Once again, I am singing High Praises of Bob
Sauer. I can't help myself. He is a miracle
worker!
I was SO late sending in my order for Christmas
music - the Still The Greatest Story Ever
Told CD by the Gaither Vocal Band and
a CD from the Gaither Gospel series,
Christmas...A Time For Joy.
In the comments part of the order, I let Bob
know that I realized I was late and, because
I was late, if he couldn't get this music
to me before Christmas, that was alright.
That he wasn't to worry.
Still I hoped for a LITTLE miracle...
Still basking in the enjoyment of a lunch with friends
on Christmas Eve day, I arrived at the front
door of my apartment building late in the afternoon.
The sight of my mailbox reminded me that I still
hadn't received the CDs. When I opened the
mailbox, there it was! The package with
my Christmas music! You see, Mark? Bob IS
a miracle worker!
As
I prepared to go to our Christmas Eve Candlelighting
service at church, Mark, I listened to your

enjoyed this music on Christmas day as well.

Just wanted to say a BIG thanks for the wonderful
service I received when I ordered recently
from your Web site. I can't believe how fast
my order arrived. Apparently, Mark is not
